SUBMISSION TIMELINE

RULES FOR ABSTRACT
For your abstract to be taken into consideration, it must comply with the following rules:
- LANGUAGE > Abstracts must be written (and presented) in English to facilitate international communication
- LENGTH > Abstracts must be concise with a maximum length of 400 words
- STRUCTURE > They must include background, methodology, results and conclusion
- CONTENT RESTRICTIONS > No tables, graphs or detailed citations are allowed
GUIDELINES
For your abstract to be taken into consideration, it must comply with the following rules:
- BACKGROUND > Brief introduction on the topic
- MATERIALS AND METHODS > Description of how you have conducted your study
- RESULTS > Summarise the main findings
- CONCLUSION > Explain the importance of your findings and how they contribute to the scientific field
Artificial Intelligence (AI): any use must be disclosed Industry support: any support must be disclosed
ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION
- Following the evaluation by the Scientific Committee, the presenting author will be notified by email
- Abstracts must be submitted exclusively via email, as an attached file, saved under the name of the first author,
in Word format (.docx), to the following address: abstractrisc2026@zeroseicongressi.it - The body of the email must include a mobile phone number and an email address of the author
- The subject line of the email must read: “ABSTRACT SUBMISSION – RISC 2026.
IMPORTANT
- Abstracts that do not comply with the submission guidelines or are submitted after March 31st will not be considered, regardless of their scientific content
- Abstracts submitted to email addresses other than the one specified, or saved in formats different from the required one (e.g. .pdf or .jpg instead of .docx) will not be accepted
- All authors presenting are required to be registered to the congress
