* Resident: an official document with signature and stamp of your current 2026 post-graduate school must be uploaded during the online registration.
Fees are quoted in euro (EUR), per person, including 22% Italian VAT.
Registration fee includes: attendance to the workshops/sessions and exhibition area, congress material, on-site lunches an the certificate of attendance.

* To attend to the Courses, It is not mandatory to be registered at the Congress. Please note that the Courses will be held during the scientific program sessions of the congress.
Fees are quoted in euro (EUR), per person, including 22% Italian VAT. Should VAT increase, registration fees will be adjusted accordingly.
The Fee includes only the access to selected Course and to the Exhibition area.
Cancellation Policy: 50% refund by August 31st – All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.
Payment
By Credit Card: Payments must be made in euros, by credit card or bank transfer (no cash payments are accepted). All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master Card).
Please note
- All transfer charges must be prepaid by the transmitter.
- Personal cheques, company cheques or Euro cheques will not be accepted.
- In case the deadline for registration at early fee has passed before payment of a registration is received, the higher registration fee shall automatically apply.
Unexpected cancellation of the event or impossibility to hold it
In the unlikely case that the Congress cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organizers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by Italian or foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc.) the Congress Organizers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
