* Resident: an official document with signature and stamp of your current 2024 post-graduate school must be uploaded during the online registration.
**Korean Delegate: to register a Proof of status is mandatory. To benefit from the reduced fee for korean delegate, it is mandatory to attach a proof stating the Country you live/work.
*** Therapist: to register as a Therapist, a Proof of status is mandatory. To benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation must be uploaded during the online registration.
Fees are quoted in euro (EUR), per person, including 22% Italian VAT. Should VAT increase, registration fees will be adjusted accordingly.
Registration fee includes: attendance to the workshops/sessions and exhibition area, congress material, on-site lunches and refreshments if foreseen by the congress, certificate of attendance.
Confirmation
At the end of the registration process online, a preliminary confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
Once the payment has been received, the invoice will be issued as final confirmation of your registration.
Payment
By Credit Card: Payments must be made in euros, by credit card or bank transfer (no cash payments are accepted). All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master Card)
By Bank Transfer: Payment of Registration FEE via bank transfer only possible until November 26th, 2024. After this date, payment by credit card only. Please transfer the payment to:

Please note
- All transfer charges must be prepaid by the transmitter.
- Personal cheques, company cheques or Euro cheques will not be accepted.
- In case the deadline for registration at early fee has passed before payment of a registration is received, the higher registration fee shall automatically apply.
Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to AIM Group International – AIM Italy S.r.l.
Cancellations will be accepted until October 30th, 2024 with a refund of all prepaid fees except for a 20% administration charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.
Unexpected cancellation of the event or impossibility to hold it
In the unlikely case that the “Shoulder Experts 2024” cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organizers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by Italian or foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc.) the Congress Organizers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
